White Mountains Fall Foliage

  • North Conway, NH United States (map)

The Presidential range offers amazing vistas in October where each small town is home to a covered bridge, white church or tree-lined gravel road begging to be photographed. The workshop will start in the North Conway area and ventures on to the Kancamagus Highway for a stop at the Albany Covered Bridge, Rocky Gorge and Sabbaday Falls. We will then explore some of the RR trestles that cut through the White Mountains. The next morning we will begin at sunrise looking across Crystal Lake at the small white church in Eaton surrounded by fall colors on the mountainside and then venture across the southern side of the White Mountains visiting small towns, hidden lakes and beautiful pathways through the fall colors.
